Dear frisbee players,

it is just one last week before the Egrensis Banana Cup will take place
in Asch.

Due to the WUCC in Prague which has ended few days ago, i did not have
much time for communicating with you the participants of the Banana Cup
2010. I beg your pardon. As there are few informations i need to know
quickly, i would like you to send me your reactions to the following
questions as soon as possible, please.

Here they are:

1) how many players will you bring with?
2) how many players, if any, are interested in the paintball?
3) what meals you want to order for the dinner?

Only 4 games of paintball will be played, so only 8 teams will be able
to play, 8 fastest teams will have the spot.

As we don´t know yet the menu for the Satuday dinner i would like to
ask you to send me first the numbers of vegetarians in your teams.

The sleeping hall right next to the fields 1 and 2 is under
reconstruction this year, so we will not be able to use it, please
bring your tents and sleeping bags. If any team will be extremely
interested in sleeping in the gym, we are able to provide another gym
for you, which is about 5-7 minutes walking from the fields 1 and 2.

The fees are staying at the same level as last years.

Team fee: 60 EUR
Player’s fee: 15 EUR, includes breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, dinner
on Saturday

There is no need to pay the fees in advance, you can pay it in cash at
the tournament.
