the tournament takes place in Venice (Lido di Venezia), you know!!!

PROGRAM :
- Team's arriving and welcome party on Friday evening 13/07/2012
- First games on Saturday morning 14/07/2012
- Redemption Party on Saturday night, real cool party (NEW FORMULA)
- More games and final on Sunday 15/07/2012 + final beach party

FORMAT TOURNAMENT:
There is only one division with 16 CO-ED Teams or more.
The tournament formula is true CO-ED, BULA rules.

COSTS:
- Team fee: € 150,00
- Player Fee full: € 50,00 (including 2 field lunches)
- Player Fee: € 40,00 (no field lunches)
- Soon we will give you the final price for camping and hotel and the excel form to fill up.

PLAYER FEE INCLUDES:
- welcome party with music, spritz and snacks
- 4 full-size beach ultimate fields. All fields on the same site.
- 2 lunches during playing sessions (only player fee full)
- Free water on the fields all days
- Saturday night dinner and REDEMPTION PARTY, (we are working for a new funny party)
- Ticket convention (on request) for main transfer (airport-lido or train station-lido and return)

TRANSPORTATION:
The only way to reach the island is using water transportation from Venice Airport , Piazzale Roma (Bus/Train station) or Tronchetto (if you are coming by car).
If you arrive at Treviso Airport, there is a shuttle that will take you directly to Venice's Piazzale Roma. Once there, you can take the water boat to Lido di Venezia. Below there are some useful links:

REGISTRATION & DEAD LINE
Registration is OPEN until 30 APRIL 2012, please send an e-mail to redemption /at/ extradry.eu indicating:
- Team name, country and city;
- Contact name, e-mail and phone number;
- Players number (including non-players and vegetarians)

If you want to confirm the spot, you must pay at least 4 player fees before the 01 june 2012.
Deposit will not be refunded when cancellation of team's registration occurred after june 24 .
ACCOMMODATION
- discounted rates for hotel, more info here (it is possible to have a convention for extra days);
- discounted rates for camping with your own tent, more info here (no breakfast included);
